Shop Policies

Insurance

  • All orders are shipped with a minimum of $100 of coverage.

  • If you would like to upgrade your shipping insurance to the full value of your order, please contact me to discuss options.

  • After your piece makes it to you, you can choose to have it insured if you’d like. While it’s not a service I can offer, it’s a great option to keep your pieces safe!

Shipping Times 

  • Processing time is < 1 week for any ready to ship orders.

  • U.S. shipping is 1-4 business days.

  • International shipping is 1-4 + weeks depending on customs.

  • Any of the stated shipping times may be longer due to upcoming holidays.

  • You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped!

 

International Orders

  • I can currently deliver to all countries! If your country is not available at checkout, send me a message and I’d be glad to add it to the list.

  • Refunds will not be issued if package gets held up in customs, once the package ships it is out of my control.

  • The customer is responsible for all import taxes.

  • Shipping times may exceed a month depending on the destination.

 

Shipping Issues

  • If a package is damaged/lost in the mail, the customer will have to file an insurance claim to be recompensated.

  • If an order is “returned to sender” due to insufficient address, the customer must pay the cost of shipping to have it sent back out.

  • If you’d like to avoid any issued that may be encountered during shipping, feel free to reach out about shipping insurance!

 

Refunds/Order Cancellations 

  • While I will do absolutely everything I can to make sure all my customers are satisfied with their orders, I cannot offer refunds, returns, or order cancellations on any of my gems or jewelry.

  • If a package is damaged/lost in the mail, the customer will have to file an insurance claim to be recompensated.

 

Custom Orders/Preorders

  • All my pieces are one of a kind, and I cannot completely remake them after they have sold! I can do my best to create a similar piece though, see my Customs page for more details.

  • I do not accept preorders or holds on any ready to ship pieces without payment in order to give all my customers an equal chance at getting the piece they want.
