Q: Can I send you one of my gems to have faceted?
A: Not yet! I am still new at my craft, and I am not comfortable working with gems that don’t belong to me, that I’m not familiar with, and that I can’t assess in person first.
Q: Can I send in a stone for you to set in jewelry?
A: For a similar reason to the first question, I am not working with any sent-in gems at the moment. I would be happy to find a piece you love from my collection, though!
Q: Are there any exceptions to that?
A: Possibly! I might be willing to work with rubies & sapphires from North Carolina or Montana since that’s the material I’m most familiar with. I would also be interested in exchanging a facet or two for some more rough material if you have a stash laying around.
Q: Do you buy gems from other rockhounds/collectors?
A: Yes! I am always on the hunt for new gems – specifically rubies & sapphires. Send over some pictures if you have a collection you’d like to sell.
Q: Do you offer discounts on multiple pieces?
A: I’d be happy to! Send me a DM or email and I’d be happy to make you a deal.
